Deceptive, Fraudulent and Despicable!
It has come to the attention of the Sikh Forum Wolverhampton that there are people within our community that have sent fraudulent letters to local MP's and other officials in the name of the Gurdwara Sahib, claiming that "everything at the Gurdwara Sahib has been resolved and there are no issue between the management committee and the congregation".
These letters were addressed from the GNSG President Balbir Singh Randhawa, without the Gurdwara Sahib letterhead or even a signature. But yet somehow these people thought that these fraudulent letters would fool authorities into thinking that all the issues mentioned on this site had been resolved at the Gurdwara Sahib.
But what is interesting is that Mr Balbir Singh Randhawa has never addressed this matter publicly or internally, the fact that his name has been used in these fraudulent letters does not seem to concern him in the least. Could it be that he agrees with the motives of the letter writer(s), for all these matters to be just miraculously swept under the carpet? or could it be that he actually knows who wrote the letters and may even be complicit in writing them, or maybe he is just protecting the perpetrators, as he did when the Criminal Damage of the benches was committed by a committee member and his group of friends. When Mr Balbir Singh Randhawa actually attended the Gurdwara Sahib early the following morning and hid all the evidence of the benches being destroyed.
Rather than enquire about how they ended up in pieces outside, it was as if he already knew they would be there and just came and hid them in a storage container before being disposed of in secret. For this reason it is the belief of the Sikh Forum that a certain few executive and general members of the management committee are absolutely complicit in causing and promoting this kind of illegal and fraudulent behaviour behind the scenes, whilst using their self perceived positions of authority to show the outside world and authorities that they are legitimate respectable community leaders.
